How to add a new 'Post'

A ‘post‘ is a single entry for a devotional, a blog, a weekly bulletin, etc. This is the instructions for creating a new one.

To CREATE a new POST
To UPDATE a POST
To DELETE a POST
  1. On the LEFT menu, Select the ‘Posts > Add New’ Menu Item.
  2. This will display a ‘new’ post editor. Paste the devotional into the edit window. The video will show you what to do to CREATE.
  3. Select the appropriate CATEGORY.
  1. On the LEFT menu, Select the ‘Posts > All Posts’ Menu Item.
  2. This will display all existing posts. Note: they may be on multiple pages. Use the SEARCH POSTS at the top-right of the list to get to the Post you want to EDIT. Click the title to open the editor.
  3. You can edit text, change categories, add pictures, etc. 
  4. When done with your updates, click the UPDATE button located in the RIGHT panel.
  1. On the LEFT menu, Select the ‘Posts > All Posts’ Menu Item.
  2. This will display all existing posts. Note: they may be on multiple pages. Use the FILTER at the top of the list to get to the Post you want to DELETE.
  3. When you highlight the Post, you will see a submenu. Select the ‘Trash’ menu item.
  4. If you DELETE the wrong Post, you can select the link at the top of the page that says “Trash” to display all deleted Posts. Select the one you want to bring back and click the ‘restore’ option under the title.
